Amazing service. Popped in to see if they had some tablets my partner has been after for about a week with various pharmacies whom have no stock and wasn't willing to help order any in. They had the stock and was able to support. Amazing thank you. Will use this pharmacy instead of my local one who had no interest in medical concerns.

Went to Medway pharmacy last night as a last resort as was unable to get a doctors appointment over the past few days. I was struggling to catch my breath and had the most awful cough. Thank God for Sunny who called 111 for me and assisted through the call. I got a call back within the hour I was told and got my medication within 10 minutes. Thank you Sunny and the staff at Medway Pharmacy for going above and beyond for those of us who need it it is appreciated x

I honestly can't thank Sunny enough! I took my baby to the pharmacy very late on a Sunday as she had conjunctivitis and needed some medication. Because she is under 1 I had to go through 111 for them to send over a prescription, Sunny advised me what to do, and when the call came very late, Sunny happily stayed open well after closing so my daughter could get her medication. I am truly grateful for the kind and helpful service at this pharmacy.

Blown away by the service I received from Sunny last night. I arrived at 10:10pm (after closing hours) but Sunny was still helping another customer, and was more than happy to help me too. I needed more antibiotics prescribing, and Sunny was able to help me speak to 111, got a referral in place for me for a GP call, and did everything he could to make sure I got the help I needed for a prescription. A real credit to the local community - thank you so much.

Blown away with how efficient this pharmacy is. Brings me back to when pharmacists were like family. I went to 4 pharmacies trying to find what I needed for my poorly partners eyes and they didn't have in stock or even offer to order. This place was buzzing with life and had so many staff to look after anyone that walked in the door. Sunny was so so kind and helpful and I am extremely grateful, Also the owner was present and caring. So impressed I won't go anywhere else now. Thank you all

I cannot thank Sunny at Medway Pharmacy enough for his great advice and help getting my prescription medications filled when my stay in the UK was unavoidably extended and my prescriptions were running out. He has such a great depth of knowledge and a clear passion to help people. Definitely worth making this small pharmacy your go to pharmacy.

The kindest staff you'll ever meet. They take time to listen, offer great guidance, and definitely put you at ease. It's often a little busy, but I imagine it's because Medway know how great they are here. Despite any wait, they're always great to prioritise and support customers. Highly recommend!

This is the best pharmacy in Kent! Sonny goes above and beyond for his customers. Every staff member I have spoken to are kind, welcoming and nothing is too much of an ask. I transferred my sons repeat prescription here after having issues every week with another local pharmacy and the switch has been seamless. I would never go anywhere else now. This pharmacy is incredible! I visited rather late but was still given a consultation and advice on following up for treatment through 111. I waited 30 minutes in my car for the 111 doctor to give approval, and then the head pharmacist allowed me to use the facilities and have a blood pressure check too. I came away at 9pm with everything I needed to treat my condition. Thank you so much.
